Illegal Kick in Endzone
 
Punter standing in end zone. Fumbles the ball and than kicks it past the line for a safety. Flag is throw for Illegal kick. Does the receiving team get the 10 yards accessed on the next kickoff?

No because the penalty is a safety. They do not get the yardage as well. Not the same as stated about the opponent scoring a TD, Field Goal or Try.
