The action of the Defensive player on a try or FG

Just double checking on the correct rule.

4th and 5 - A's ball on the 25 YL, A is trying a FG, at the snap a B player puts one hand on the back of the offsive player to help him get over the line of scrimmage to try to block the kick.

My question do we have a foul at thet point? If so, please provide rule reference.

For clarification, you mean like jumping on the back of his teammate to get greater height?

Yes it is a personal foul.

Rule 9-4-3e says:

No player or nonplayer shall.......position himself on the shoulders or body of a teammate or opponent to gain an advantage.

So it should have been a personal foul on the receiving team.
