The action of the Defensive player on a try or FG
Just double checking on the correct rule.
4th and 5 - A's ball on the 25 YL, A is trying a FG, at the snap a B player puts one hand on the back of the offsive player to help him get over the line of scrimmage to try to block the kick. My question do we have a foul at thet point? If so, please provide rule reference. Thanks Last edited by LeRoy; Sun Sep 04, 2022 at 10:40am. |

For clarification, you mean like jumping on the back of his teammate to get greater height?
Peace

Yes it is a personal foul.
Rule 9-4-3e says: Quote:
Peace
