App St vs Louisiana (video?)

My father asked me about a play in this game. He questioned the foul enforcement. I haven't seen the play, and the description he gave me does not match the play by play on any of the websites. My only guess is that the play in question occurred with about 10:30 left in 1Q.

Here is the play by play description of that play:

(LA possession) 4th and 8 at APP48
TEAM rush for loss of 2 yards to the 50 yardline, PENALTY APP personal foul (Jones, Steven) 15 yards to the APP35, 1ST DOWN LA, 1st and 10, APP ball on APP35.

The description of the play my father gave me (he didn't tell me which team was K/R):

4th down near midfield. K snaps ball over punter's head. Eventually R picks up the ball at K2 and runs it into the endzone for a touchdown. However, a PF is called back near LOS. R gets the ball 1-10 on their 35.

If somebody still has this game on a DVR, I'd like to see this play please.

You won't see it. I was watching it live. (My wife is an App grad).
Even the announcers, who were broadcasting from home, commented they didn't know where the foul came from. The producer could never find a shot and they eventually moved on.

As best as I and a local friend who is a DII/FCS level deep wing could ascertain, the foul came after the change of possession and thus App was allowed to keep the ball.
