ball spot of kick "out of bounds?"
After team K's kickoff from their 40, the ball bounces high near sideline. R leaps from inbounds, catches ball while airborne over the field of play but lands out of bounds at 35. Is this a foul on kicking team and thus R has options? Where is ball spotted?
