Can there be more than 1 forward pass behind the L.O.S. in NF rules?

A10 is 6 yards behind the LOS he throws a forward pass to A30 one yard behind the LOS, can he throw again a forward pass in NCAA ? NFHS ? I see the last answer so it is legual in NFHS , what about NCAA ? THANKS

NCAA: No, only one forward pass is allowed.
