Custom case
We bought the Midland radios (3 sets of pairs) from Purchase Officials.
Then, to protect our crew's investement, I went to https://www.mycasebuilder.com/ and ordered a custom case with custom foam cut-outs. It's incredibly cheap at less than $50 for the case with the custom foam!  You can design your own case with their online design software. If anyone is interested, I can help with designing the cutouts.
