Fair Catch question
Low scrimmage kick is touched by R1 in the neutral zone. Has kick catching interference restrictions ended an no fair catch can be called?
It's on the NFHS test and I can't find the answer in the book. |
I found it...
If a low scrimmage kick is touched by R1 in the neutral zone, kick-catching interference restrictions have ended and no fair catch can be made. False 6-5-6 If I'm reading this correctly... Kick bounces off of R1's shoulder pad and shoots 30 yards up in the air and travels another 20 yards down the field. R2 would be allowed to fair catch the ball in this scenario. |

Where at?

The touching of a low scrimmage kick in the expanded neutral zone is ignored. It never happened.
