What are the fouls that kill the play in NCAA?

Live ball?

Punt from beyond the neutral zone.

I think the NCAA has the same fundamental all levels do, a foul does not kill a play, it is already dead (like a dead ball foul).

Peace

There are two fouls that cause the ball to become dead in NCAA:
a) scrimmage kick from beyond the neutral zone (2-16-7-c and 6-3-10-c)
b) return kick (a kick made after a change of possession) (2-16-8 and 6-3-10-b)

NCAA actually does have fouls that kill the play.

Punt from beyond and return kick
