Looking for some good definitions/examples of "Off Ball Coverage".

Do you have an example you are looking for? Because any time you are not watching the ball, you are watching off-ball to some extent. Like an Umpire or Referee watching blocking on the line or a Back Judge watching receivers run their routes with the defense covering them. All of those are levels of off-ball coverage.

Back side wing keeping an eye on extracurricular activity on the sweep going away to the opposite side. BJ watching the blocking and post-play activity around the runner and the pile.
