New ad placement
 
Is it just me, or are the ads that are now placed on the right of the first post of every thread brutally annoying?

I'm using Firefox and I only see a banner ad at the top of the page. But even that is usually annoying.

(The one up there as I type this, though, is for someplace called "kiss me in 3D.com." Hmmm...)

Firefox Add-On Adblock Plus makes them all go away.

For some reason, I can't download Adblock. It is telling me that there's a slash error or something. Will Adblock Plus do the same thing?

I saw ads in the location you describe when I visited the forum on my friend's computer. Once I logged in, I no longer saw ads in that spot.
