What is the difference and how does one become one or the other?

Good question, it used to be based on posts. However, with the new forum, I haven't quite figured it out yet. Actually the more I think of it, I the only "title" I've seen is either a Registered User or an Admin. I don't think Mods have that title anymore.

So, ... what's in a label?
