Is it possible for the thread maker to edit the title that's shown on the main part of the forum?

For example, if I wanted to change the title ("subject") of this thread to something else could I do it? I tried testing this theory of editing the orginal post and typing something different in the "subject" line, however that did not work.

Tanner,
I think I attempted that to no avail also.
I hate especially dislike my spelling errors.
I am of the impression that changing that line is not possible.

Yeah that was my main thing was spelling. I don't know if you caught the thread I started titled "Migh St/Duke announcing", but I had to go back and delete it and start another one. Just didn't know if there was a easier way to get around this or not. Thanks Mick!
