pitcher pitching with different arm!!

Can a pitcher switch arms during an inning and or an at bat?

inning yes, AB no.. once he starts to pitch to a batter he has to finish that batter with the same arm.

I wonder if the pitcher changes hands, must he change gloves, so that he is not wearing his equipment improperly.
