NFHS 9.3.3 Situation A, B, C

What is the mechanic for this? Clock stop with violation signal and point direction?

Yes. I would also verbalize.

Perhaps stop clock, point to the spot of the violation (faceless Pictograph Guy #26), verbalize, and direction arrow.

illegal uniform # (26)🙂
