My understanding is the out is effective the moment you call IFF.

As Washburn has pointed out, it's a great place to eat healthy chicken. Marinated and flame broiled. Delicious. There all over the place here.

The infield fly is nullified it it's a foul ball. Umpire's should actually say "infield fly if fair" especially if there is a question that it will be foul.

For the record, El Pollo Loco serves the most delicious, marinated, flame broiled chicken that you could ever imagine. Those of you who have never had the pleasure of such fare have been truly deprived.
