BillyMac wrotePrep school. This is a makeup due to tonight's snowstorm, originally scheduled for Saturday morning. Last year I had a prep school game originally scheduled on a Sunday afternoon.
Actually I do not see the big deal about Sunday like others might. It just does not happen in this state very often and when it there are games on Sunday, it is usually a tournament or shootout held off of a high school campus. I am even working a Christmas Tournament in about a week and they start the day after Christmas. It is a 4 day tournament and this year Sunday interrupts the tournament in the middle (first time this is the case since I have been working the tournament). Then we start up on Monday. There are certainly summer tournaments or leagues played on Sunday, not sure why this cannot be done during the regular season more often. I would really think this would be the case when you are trying to fit games into place.
