26 Year Gap Texas Aggie wroteI had the flex belt years ago, and it worked well to keep my shirt in. That was before I started wearing tights, and it worked well keeping my pants up. In fact, I liked it better for that reason. Now, as stated in other posts, I wear tights and tuck the shirt into there. The shirt stays in place, though not quite as well as with the flex-belt. It works good enough, though. But with pleated pants, I am not having to continuously pull them up for some reason. Must be helpful if you have to pirouette,,er..pivot in a hurry.
[deleted] IREFU2 wroteHas anyone ever tried the garders?? I use them and they clip to the bottom of the shirts and loop around your feet. Of course you would pull your sock over them to hide them, they work great for me. No wise cracks!!!!! That would drive me nuts!! I couldn't move with those running down my legs.
26 Year Gap IHSAref wroteIt is worth the money to buy a flex belt or will compression shorts work to? Just wondering Get the belt. I need to get another one because my first one snapped in half. But I am into season 4, so it is to be expected. Fortunately, this did not happen during a game.

illinoisbluezeb When I buy my shirts I buy the extra tall that have 4" longer tail, advice a veteran gave me when I started. Plus I wear the long spandex, helps my legs feel alot better the next day.
