seneca_rec Under NFHS rules, when is a technical foul also considered a personal foul...or can this even occur under NFHS rules?
BktBallRef A technical foul is not considered a personal foul. But a technical charged to a player does count as one of the five fouls that goes toward a player's disqualification and it counts towards team fouls.
