Is there any where online to order an NCAA Rule Book, other than the NCAA phone line? 2006, of course.

Steve,

Please use vB code for such long URL links. Long URLs have no place for a natural line break and it causes the web browser to scroll left-to-right.

Instructions are here.

For example:

NCAA Rule Book Link.

Please note, OP, that you can either download(lotta pages though to print) or purchase the rule book.

Thanks. I just cut and pasted my browser; it seemed the most expedient way to go.

Thank you both. I guess I'll leave this topic up for a while, in case there are other procrastinators.
