AJ Kent I have been told recently that in some states high schools use NCAA rules rather than NFHS rules. Would someone out there know what those states are?
AJ Kent So am I correct in making the assumption that 2 states in 50 or 4% use NCAA rules instead of (48) 94% who use NFHS rules?

AJ Kent You are correct, I thought I was doing well for a 6th grade education! You are also correct about the term assume, as we all know it makes an (*** out of U and ME)! Peace,
TXMike As of 1989 PR was using Fed. I left then so I don't know what has happened since. But while we are at it...how about the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Department of Defense Dependents Schools all over the world, etc?????
