art100 If the QB can get a play through the headset in his helmet why can't the defense get a play in the same way?
ljudge Are you talking about the NFL? In NFHS play it's illegal (1.5.3.b) and a USC foul against the head coach.

art100 Yes. I was talking about the NFL. Can anyone cite the rule forbidding using headsets for the defense?
Jim S Opinion The NFL rules are structured, and enforced, to see that the offense has every advantage possible without outright saying that the defense can't prevent the offense from scoring.
