I've seen it as "Nuke the Unborn Gay Whales" but that's probably too long for a license plate frame.

OK guys, I decided. The back says "HONK IF YOUR HORN IS BROKEN" and the front says "US OLYMPIC SARCASM TEAM" (I am the captain of that team, in case you didn't know).
