Keep an eye on this site: https://www.nfhs.org/articles/rules-books-and-case-books-available-as-e-books/ The iTunes version of the rules book that is currently available I think is only for Apple products. The Amazon version, when it comes out, is the version I've been purchasing for use on my Android. The casebook typically comes out a week or so after the rules book, if I recall correctly.
