When does the arrow switch? Did the defensive or offensive team violate? That should answer your question!

Sorry, brain fart. I blame it on being my offseason (no more tournament games for me 🙁). For some reason I was thinking the arrow changes when the ball is handed to the person throwing the ball in.

I'm going to walk away slowly now.

There are times when the arrow is set when the ball is handed to a thrower. Perhaps you were thinking along those lines.
