I can see why the L called the trip but I don't like it. From the L's angle it probably looked like a trip caused by the defender's left leg. However, to me, the C has the whole play and obviously passed based upon his angle. It is a slight curl but more to the C than the L. Again to me, the L has to lay off that one.

The 2nd one is a foul. Looked like a chop across the wrist with the C having the best open look. The T is looking at back of the defender.

He almost had it right...a ball that goes down while the arms continue up is probably not a foul. If the ball continues up while one or both arms don't is probably a foul. Not absolute, but good indicators. But, the ball going up alone is not sufficient to indicate anything.
