Finley vs. Montverde (Dick's Sporting Goods Nationals) (Video)
During the Finley vs. Montverde game at 7:49 in the 4th Quarter.
There was a loose ball where the dribbler on the Red team slips and loses control of the ball but appears to be pushed by the player in Gold, but only an out of bounds call was made. Good replay where the guys calling the game on ESPNU suggest there was a missed foul. Peace

I was. I was a finalist in the Dick Sports Nationals and was wondering what that had to do with basketball.

No, you had to wait 30 minutes between events.

Did it last more than four hours?

Looks like a clear push to me.
One of those plays where the Gold coach would say, "But they're both going for the ball!" (which never makes sense to me), but a clear push nonetheless. Tough angle for the official to see that though. He was likely straight-lined. |

Although we really can't tell positively from the video, it might be that the last bounce of the ball right before the push, hit OOB and the official just called that. There would then have been no call on the foul because it would have happened during a dead ball and it wasn't intentional or flagrant.
Just a guess.
