Buffalo vs West Virginia
Same Buffalo player slaps the board after dunks at 9:35 and about 7:30 of the first half.
No penalty either time. Both were obvious. Even the TV guy comments on the first one.

I don't disagree with Nevadaref.

But. Have you noticed that the interpretation of what it means to legally hang on the rim has been evolving in the players' favor lately? Until this trend becomes a point of emphasis again, I think the seemingly less egregious action of slapping the backboard after a dunk isn't going to be addressed, either.
