Block/Charge? (Video)
Got a block/charge video from a state regional final game yesterday I'd like to post.

IMHO this is a charge a thousand times over.
Defender is legal, looks like a charge to me. I prefer my charges to be a little more than that one though, I think I could live with a no call.

That's what I thought too.Defender legal,not a whole lot of contact but she obtains position.Bunch of fanboys out here trying to stir up trouble saying that should be a block.

Click on the women's forum then the thread MD refs at the very top and there's another thread in the middle of the page.

Easy charge call. Defender is playing good defense, does nothing wrong and gets knocked to the floor... I think a no call here encourages rough play or retaliation but that's me

Pretty sure I'd call the charge too. The defense did nothing wrong, so it surely is not a block. I could live with a no-call, as there wasn't much contact, but I'm on the side of the official here.
