Lead posts a fist, looks to go to block call, then does a brief dance. Perhaps he initially thought that defender was in arc then realized he wasn't.

In my high school game, in real time, I'm calling a player control foul. Defender got to the spot before the shooter became airborne, took the full brunt of the charge to his torso, and didn't embellish the knock down (because he didn't need to). I'm pretty sure that you college guys will have a different opinion, and that's alright with me. I know more about relativistic quantum mechanics than I do about how to officiate a college basketball game.

good no-call. and yeah that ref had a little hop dance. been there, so close to blowing the whistle but just let it go.

After that dunk St. John's got outscored 80-33 by Villanova. Whoa.
