UNC-Ashville/Liberty Troublemaker (got 2, missed 1) (Video)

Hello Gurus,

UNC-Ashville @ Liberty on MASN (& LFSN).

At 9:47 and 9:13 of the first half we have multiple incidents involving W11.

9:47--B2 shoves A2 into B1 given the appearance of an illegal pick by A2. Official alertly and correctly identifies the subtle action by W11 and gets the call right.

9:13--W11 sets an illegal pick that the same official picks up. But during the dead-ball all the officials miss the "Mitch Cup-check" that W11 administers to B15.

Second play reinforces the need to identify and stay on top of troublemakers.

Thanks!!!

Play #1: Illegal screen all the way.

Play #2: Illegal screen and dead ball contact which I would make FF2 if seen. It looks like the official was more concerned with going after the ball and missed the interaction of the two players. But it would have been hard to spot as it was not fully seen considering the delayed reaction of the player in blue.

Peace

Play 1: Illegal screen, contact by White 11 is marginal.

Play 2: Illegal screen. Not sure how the officials would have seen that, I missed it the first time and I was watching W11 the whole time.

Agree on both screens.

I'm looking for what you see as a FF2 in play two. I've watched several times and, from the angle we have, can't see anything worth of even a FF1 much less a FF2.

On the first play, I'm not sure about the push on white. I can see where it may have happened, but without being down on the floor I see an illegal screen.

At least on this angle, I'm not sold on the cup-check.

I'd like to see an angle from the end line, but short of that, there's nothing to call there. Just as I wouldn't put it past a player to do it, I wouldn't put it past the other player to fake the reaction.

I don't know about anyone else, but sometimes I feel like when I discuss a play either on here or with partners, I inevitably see that play happen. This time not me, but did anyone see Harden's groin kick to LeBron? They went F1, would you do anything different?
