Association payment systems

Hey guys, I recently became part of a technology group in my association charged with finding a way for our members to pay association dues online. We have a website but I am unsure if we need a plug-in or a standalone service. Could you guys PM me if you have an experience with these types of systems? You help would be appreciated!

I love getting my funds via RefPay. Don't know the costs to the payers.

GroupSpaces

I have recently been tasked with the same thing. I am going to suggest a whole new org website (to help manage membership lists, etc...) since ours is a mess and unmaintainable. So far, I like http://groupspaces.com and I want to look into more.

Also, Paypal is a good option because it doesn't make you sign up for an account if you are just paying someone via cc (one-time payment).

No matter where you go, there will be fees to accept payment, so I hope they take that into consideration when allowing people to pay online.

Are you talking about payments to the association or to the officials?

RefPay as no fees for the officials if they choose to do manual transfers.

While you may not be looking for an entire package like we offer, we do have the ability to bill officials for dues and also college the payments through PayPal. The PayPal charges can either be added to the amount paid by the officials or taken out of the amount paid by the officials before the group receives it.
