What did they end up doing after the toss was stolen? Pollard who is U1 signals to jump again, while U2 signals in white's direction since the visitor's violated by stealing the jump.

Ball went to White and after the game Pollard went back to the books to review jump ball violations and penalties. :)

1) Yes, the U1 would have gotten it wrong, U2 had the right call.

2) Great awareness by the Lead to get that call.

Play #1: Clearly a stolen tip.

Play #2: I cannot tell for sure, but the way the ball goes to the other end, it looks more than just a tap with an open hand.

Peace

NFHS: If the game clock had started in error, would the officials reset the game clock to 8:00?

so on the stolen jump play, would the team that committed the violation have the arrow? I'm assuming so..

No need to assume -- just ask yourself when the arrow gets set, and you'll have your answer.
