I saw this article on ESPN this afternoon:

The video in the ESPN article can't be enlarged but if one plays it on YouTube it can be viewed at full screen and the Game Clock shows 17:00 at the time of the dunk.

The article says this happened during pre-game, so perhaps there was 17 minutes left in the warm-ups.

The article also mentions that referees hadn't yet made it out to the court, so there was no technical foul. I'd imagine having that picture go viral would be more embarrassing, anyways. :D
