We have a local team running this. They make that video look like they are in slow motion. Last night they lost 119-114.

ValleyMan-this is the first year they've gone to this system.

I takes time for sure. This program is in their 4th year so they are rolling with it. The surprise some teams and when they are on they are hard to beat. The way to beat it is to only shoot layups and that is what is happening against them. Their JV runs it also of course.

Hate to burst your bubble socal but Marina HS has been using this strategy for a long time. I remember one year they were putting up over 100 shots a game.

Around 3:55 double dribble or no?

Final play -- cameraman was watching the game and not doing his job.

If you mean the Grinnel system, then yes there is one HS in my area that does or uses that system. The system where the team platoons 5 players at a time every couple of minutes. That team in our area scores can and has scored 100 points several times a year. But the other team also is known to score that and more as well. So it is not the most effective system. And the coach that uses that system, coached his son in that system and he is now at Grinnel right now if I am not mistaken.

Peace

The Grinnel system is a little different than the Paul Westhead system. The big difference is in the way players are shuttled in and out like Ice Hockey lines. IIRC there are also assigned spots on the floor for players to run to and a specific player is looked to for the 1s shot. Otherwise very similar and exhausting to play against.
