Throw-in Pt. 2

I posted this in the "Throw-in" thread, but it wasn't exactly related to the topic at hand. I'll post it here for discussion:

I'm not sure if this is the same thing I'm thinking of, but I had a discussion with a partner earlier this year about the play where Team A makes a basket. Team B grabs the ball and makes the throw-in with one foot out of bounds and one foot inbounds and races up the court on a fast break. (Never actually makes a legal throw in and never gets all the way OOB) I seem to remember a case play about calling this a violation on Team B. My partner insisted that you would just kill the play and bring Team B back and make them throw it in legally. Does anyone know it off hand?

I skimmed the case book but didn't find it. Anyone have anything?
