Try this out. If HS officials would do a better job calling illegal spin moves as travels, then HS players would not bring those moves with them to the college game.

So HS officials can nip this in the bud by getting it right.

I believe Ray Lutz handles most of the video uploads on Hall's site. He's an evaluator at his camps as well.
