Clemson/Arkansas block/charge play (Video)

Looks like PC in all 3 to me, but the real question is why do all the charge mechanics in this video look like they're counting the basket.

1. Block
2. Charge.
3. No call or block

I think one and three look as if the offensive player changes direction to avoid contact but the defender keeps moving in the same direction illegally. To me play one it was enough for there to be a called block. Play three I think is a flop, thus the no call, unless there is enough contact (hard to tell from the angle) to warrant a block being called.

Play 1: Charge

Play 2: Charge

Play 3: No-call

1) PC (someone tell me what the defender did wrong if you have a block)

2) Block, defender moves slightly into A1 once he is airborne. Look for the contact to A1's legs

1 - agree on PC

2 - PC, defender looks to have LGP to me.

3 - PC, assuming the contact is there. Hard to tell from that angle, but he has LGP, offensive player trys to avoid but looks like he still makes contact with left shoulder.

I have the same on all three. #2 was very close but I agree the defender was slightly moving toward A1 as he leaves the floor.

I have no idea how you could have a block on #1.

Some have said no-call on #3. Why is that? Not saying you're wrong, just curious.

All three are charges. Not sure how the one was called a block. The only issue with the first one was the RA, but it appears to not be close, just would have liked a different angle to confirm that part.

That's the only requirement for drawing a charge? Subsequent actions don't matter?
