Are Jersey/shorts/hair considered part of body?
 

Say the ball breezes past a player's jersey/pants, or even hair and goes out of bounds, does consider out of bounds for that player's team?

Yes. Here (situation 9) is a past interpretation of a player being called OOB by her hair.

If an opponent grabs the shorts or jersey of a player, but doesn't physically touch his body, would you call a foul?

would it be a foul if a player stretches his pants to stop an opposing player like a Torero with his red cape?

also would the person have ball control if he uses his jersey to catch the ball?

How would you interpret 2-3 (NFHS and NCAA), or the FIBA equivalent as it applies to these plays?
