Really? I think Jay Bilas, among many announcers/commentators, actually knows the most about the rules and why officials do what they do.

Well, he was right on that comment. The contact up top, which is what he was referring to, was completely clean. If there was a foul on that play, it could only have been with the body.

I didn't see the play, but if there was contact "with the body" (Camron Rust), then wouldn't that be "body contact" (Bilas)?
