NBA: Sacramento vs Memphis - 0.3 Second Shot (Video)

Is this a "Tap" for a try for goal?

It's not my "definition" but that's why I'd like input from my peers here.

The NBA replay system at work:

That is not a tap in my opinion. The NBA may have a different definition on what a tap is though.

Great shot on a terrible pass. Count it, and get out of there. That's a tip in my book.

That's a catch and shoot, IMO; waving it off in my games.

Without replay, definitely one where a crew would have to get together to gather all the information.

In the NBA, you can catch-and-shoot with .3 seconds, I think.

A couple of years ago, the NBA changed there rule to no catch and try with 0.2 or less.

That's what I was figuring. I'm sure APG will be along at some point to give us the NBA rule.

Why is the lead signaling basket good. Is nba different? Always opposite table side correct?
