What is the max allowable players from one team who can attend the captains meeting?

Not addressed in the rule. But usually only 2 to 4 is common.

Only one "speaking captain" along with as many other "captains" as can fit on the team bus. And make sure that you ask who the speaking captain is, be sure to ask to actually see his uniform number, and be sure to ask if he's starting. And don't forget to tell everybody that it's the blue line all the way around.
