Backcourt Count

A1 dribbles up the court and calls timeout out with 3 seconds left on backcourt count?

Does Team A get full 10 seconds or only 3 seconds to get ball into frontcourt after the time out?

Same as above except B1 knocks ball out of bounds instead of a TO situation?

Does NCAA and NFHS treat same way?

NFHS: A new ten seconds in both cases. I can't speak for any other rule set, but I'm sure that some experts in other rule sets will be moseying along in a few minutes to answer the rest of your question.

Full 10 seconds in NCAA.

There has been some discussion about a change.

I think in some other codes (e.g., mayne NBA, WNBA, FIBA) you might only get what's left on the clock

NBA/WNBA, you would have what's left on the count (in this case, 1 second)
