 That is pretty funny, and I agree his mechanics are better than some.

It's also clear to me that he's officiated basketball before. When he did the charge, he said, "Player control foul." Who else but a real official would know that?
He also did some of the goofy things we try to break new officials of, like pointing to the bench of the team committing the foul.
