Need to know how to become a registered NCAA official. We do some small college games, but we can't do any conference games if we aren't registered. Need some help as far as what to do. Thanks for your help.

I never heard of that. Either a conference hires you or they do not. I have never heard of anything that requires a registration. You might apply to a conference, not register.

Peace

Where are you located?

Depending on where you are, your conference leadership will do the hiring. Some of the the people here may know who to talk to.

Pay for and go to a CCA clinic.
Conference assignor will look at you.
Go to that assignor's Rules clinic.
Assignor will tell you if he wants you to work some games.
When you get games from that assignor, you are on that conference staff.

I don't think you get a certificate or an ID card, ...just a schedule.

I know that D-I officials, in order to be eligible for the tournament, must submit some forms (primarily for background checks) to the ol' 'Central office.' Everything else should be at a conference level.
