Wondering who specifically in the league office review process decides what is the correct decision on these plays. Is the person an ex-official, ex-coach, ???
Is there a panel of people who conduct the review and vote or have to come to a consensus? Seems that the league statement is no more than the expression of another person's opinion. So what would make it otherwise? If the officials from the game are part of the process and admit that something was missed or judged incorrectly, then that would actually be meaningful. |
