Not all that much different than POE's we'd typically cover in a mid-year rules meeting. I found it pretty much compatible with NFHS principles, many of which have been printed POE's the past several years. I'd be interested should any forumers identify particular elements of this that should not be shown or taken verbatim at any upcoming association rules meeting.

I didn't see anything that I couldn't apply to my college and HS games.
