Kentucky/UConn shot-clock try (video)

Here's the play...

The crew goes to the monitor and resets the shot clock.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but was there a NCAA video bulletin last season about this play and to NOT reset the shot clock?

Tough one to see from the floor, but the video taken through the backboard shows that a shot clock reset is correct.

It looked like it hit the rim. And if it is that close, I am resetting the clock.

Peace

JMF,

Thank you very much for posting this play (along with all the others). Your contribution to this forum is fantastic and I (for one) appreciate it greatly.

Wow, this play was a lot closer than I thought it was.

I was inclined to agree with you until I saw the last view from the top of the key. It appears that UConn #0 has his right hand between the ball and the rim preventing the ball to contact it....at least that's what I see.
