If the ball touched UConn #35, then the action is legal, if it didn't, then this is an illegal dribble violation.
Can't tell from the camera's distance and angle.

It looked like it was deflected by the teammate. Then again that was a bad angle to decide.

Derosa gives the "deflection" mechanic, so he obviously ruled that #35 touched or was touched by the ball.

Agree. He was in perfect position to see it. It appeared from the video that it likely hit #35's shoulder. No reason to doubt that call.
