14:18 in the second half.....officials call block on obvious charge, Mich coach loses it, Mich St gets called for a ticky tack hold, Izzo's reaction is honestly funny.

You're joking, right? "make up call"?

No joke, you have to see the clip Adam. Izzo had a $&!@ eating grin on his face after the hold or illegal screen, whatever they called.

I was in attendance at that game and that seemed to be the consensus of the folks where I was sitting. For the record I've never believed in the notion of "make up calls".

Was the second one a foul right after a media timeout threshold?

After having season tickets for a major D1 school for a few years, I'm never surprised when there's (in the words of Bill Raftery) a nickel-dimer a few seconds after the threshold is passed. Happens ALL THE TIME.

Charge. Official probably got surprised and didn't see the defender just standing there the entire time and defaulted to a block.

eek I don't know what that call after the charge is for honestly.

Two errors are worse than one error. If you kick a call, referee excellently thereafter.

You'll be remembered as a guy that made 1 iffy call all night. If you put makeup on a call, you'll be known as the guy who tries to even things out. (Or the guy with piss-poor judgement.)

Is that the same official making both calls? The official who made the first call should have been opposite the table for the 2nd play.

I think it may have been.

Is that true in NCAAM? I thought on a foul in the BC, that it was just a "bump and run", so he would have been L table side. But, sometimes, the other officials just move down and the official who is tableside inbounds (not correct, but "easier")
