Frustrated with non illegal jump stops not called (vid request)

1:10 mark 1st half Mich v Mich st game. Mich player dribble ends. Steps through with pivot. Clearly did not land same time. Result in basket and foul my Mich st player. Defense is so disadvantaged by a dribbler who violates.

As an official, I don't see why you'd feel that way. I've always been frustrated when the non-illegal stuff is not called but only for the teams I'm cheering against. For the ones I'm cheering for I prefer that if something isn't illegal, it not be called.
